Boozers Welfare Council, known as "BWC" is a non-government organisation (NGO) founded by three boozers of Delhi, India in 2022. One day when they are boozing, they take a recap of their life and realise that boozing is only good once a while. In 2018, World Health Organisation (WHO) estimated that 2.3 billion people are current drinkers in this world. We can say that in the era of digitalization, alcohol is the social drink. The drinker community play a vital role in the economy. They buy drinks and pay handsome amounts of money to manufacture companies and taxes to the government.
Most people think that drinking is a bad habit and is harmful to the human body. It may be true but some case studies and researches give another view. Some researches said that drinking in limited quantities at the right age will be good for the human body to some extent and this type of researches are available on google. Some people drink for fun and enjoyment, some as a social drink, some for sleeping, some for relaxing, some due to anxiety, some drink because friends are drinking and some without reason. The excessive use of anything always affects life. Due to excessive drinking, some people lose their life, some lose their health, some lose their relationships and some lose their dreams. The major concern is that quitting drinking is not easy or simple as starting drinking. The consumption of alcohol daily is very harmful but some people have their own presumptions. They drink daily because their inner sole demands the same. Many alcohol rehabilitation centres are running across the world but they did not give desired results. We identified this problem and come up with a solution.
The solution to this problem is "Responsible Drinking". We will invest our time and technology to help this community. We will give the right direction, information and education to drinkers and inspire them for quitting if they want to quit or develop the habit of responsible drinking if they don't want to quit. We will educate them about the benefits of responsible drinking, the harms of boozing, harms of binge drinking, the legal rights of drinkers, how to save money, how to check the quality of drink and improve life style of the drinkers.
We hope you will understand our feelings and aims and participate in large for the welfare of the boozing community.
