Drink & Drive Rules: Legal BAC limit is 30 mg/100 ml (0.03%) under the
Motor Vehicles Act, with fines up to ₹10,000 and/or 6 months jail for first offense and
up to ₹15,000 and/or 2 years for repeat offenders—applicable uniformly across India.
